Neal J. Gambler II

Attorney Profile

Neal J. Gambler II

Esquire · Practicing Attorney, FIS South Florida

Two decades of Florida trial experience and enterprise in-house counsel work, now focused on direct client advocacy.

An advocate who has worked every side of a case.

For more than twenty years, Neal J. Gambler II has stood on the side of people who need a determined advocate in their corner. As a practicing attorney with FIS South Florida, Neal brings a career built in the courtroom — spanning personal injury, commercial litigation, product liability, and wrongful death matters — along with the rarer perspective of having also served as in-house and corporate counsel.

Neal’s path began in Jacksonville, where he cut his teeth as an associate handling civil liability and workers’ compensation matters before moving into insurance and title claims work as Assistant Vice President of Claims and Corporate Litigation Counsel for Fidelity National Title Group. He went on to lead trial teams as Senior Trial Counsel and Managing Attorney at Farah & Farah and Bagen Law, and most recently served as General Counsel for Taylor Shipping Solutions, overseeing contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation across the United States and Eastern Europe. That range, from courtroom to boardroom, means Neal understands not just how to try a case, but how the businesses and insurers on the other side of the table actually think.

Across nearly every stop in his career, Neal has also built and trained the teams around him — a throughline that says as much about how he practices law as any single verdict. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a Fourth Judicial Circuit Magistrate, credentials that reflect a belief that the right resolution, not just the fastest one, is what actually serves a client.

Outside the office, Neal serves on the host committee for Florida Children First and volunteers as an Attorney Ad Litem for children in Florida’s foster care system — extending the same advocacy that defines his practice to some of the state’s most vulnerable residents.
